Bootcamp – Annual immersive new business workshop where teams receive a brief to apply deep strategic thinking to develop innovative, strategically aligned proposals. Culminating in the delivery of a knock-out pitch to a judging panel.
Health & Well-Being – This committee encourages colleagues to take care of their mental and physical health through various activities throughout the year. The teams aim to include colleagues in fun and challenging activities that are accessible to colleagues working across locations.
Lunch and Learns– Employee-led skills training sessions across all disciplines. Over the past couple of years, over 50 sessions were held attracting over 1,500 attendees. Excellent opportunity to either learn from peers or support the development of others.
