Director of Scientific Services
Are you an experienced senior writer who would like to move to the next stage of leading and managing scientific and medical strategies with top clients? You'll be involved with establishing editorial policy and procedures for the editorial team, writing when your level of expertise is required, reviewing editorial content, liaising with clients on scientific and medical strategy, and developing program content. Flexibility to travel and attend client strategy and program meetings is a must. Requires: science degree and 5-7 years of progressive medical writing experience.

Medical Writer
The scientific knowledge and unparalleled writing skills of our writers distinguish us from our competitors. As an integral part of our Client Services teams, you will be involved in the development of manuscripts, abstracts, review articles, slide kits, posters and other scientifically sound medical education pieces. Requires: science degree and at least 1 year of medical writing experience.

Managing Editor & Medical Editor
As an editor at ApotheCom, your editing and proofreading expertise will ensure top-notch quality of all written pieces, including scientific materials, proposals, communications plans, meeting materials and correspondence. You will contribute to the development and improvement of processes that will ensure overall quality. Requires: managing editor—science degree and 3 years in directing editorial activities in a related field; medical editor—science or English degree and minimum 1 year of editing in a related field.

Client Services Manager
Understanding our clients' needs and delivering beyond their expectations are the key characteristics of our Client Services managers. We establish strategic partnerships to lead publications planning and develop proposals, budgets, and content for some of the most exciting new drugs in development. Requires: college degree and minimum 3 years in an account/project management role in healthcare communications. Willingness to travel and meeting planning and/or publications planning experience are pluses.

Program Manager
As an integral part of our Client Services teams, program managers are the drivers who keep our programs on track. You will develop budgets and timelines and track the status of all program elements (reviews, financials, etc) to ensure that all programs are delivered according to specifications. Requires: college degree and minimum 1 year in an account support role in a related field.

Meeting Professional
Are you a first-rate professional who strives for quality and style? Our meeting planners organize high-level medical meetings including satellite symposia at congresses, CME meetings, and advisory boards. Experience in logistics, excellent written and verbal communications skills, and strong negotiation skills with hotels and vendors are imperative. Requires: minimum 2 years as a meeting planner developing similar meetings; college degree preferred.

Art Director & Designer
Do you enjoy developing highly creative collateral material from conception to completion in a place where short deadlines are the norm? You'll participate in team meetings, play a key role in concepts, predict and manage projects, anticipate problems and provide solutions, and most of all deliver quality designs. Requires: 5 years of related design experience and proficiency in Quark XPress, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, and print production.
