APOTHECOM ASSOCIATES LLC RELOCATES HEADQUARTERS TO SOUTH CAMPUS OF THE LOWER MAKEFIELD CORPORATE CENTER
YARDLEY, PA — December 9, 2002 — ApotheCom Associates LLC today announced the relocation of its headquarters from 1010 Stony Hill Road to 800 Township Line Road in Yardley, Pa.
"We moved to the new Lower Makefield Corporate Center North Campus in January 2001 and took what we thought would be enough space for our planned growth," said Neil Matheson, President & CEO. "However, we rapidly filled that space as well as an additional 6,000 square feet of space on the same floor. With the building fully leased, we worked closely with our landlord, Berwind Property Group Inc., to find 30,000 square feet in one of the recently completed class A buildings at the new Lower Makefield Corporate Center, South Campus," added Matheson.
"We have enjoyed a very exciting 3 years of rapid growth and development, and we have attracted high-quality talent to our team," comments Matheson. Founded in 1999 by Neil Matheson and Lawrence Lesser, ApotheCom employs 130 people in its Boston, Oakland, and Philadelphia area offices. Seventy of those employees are in the ApotheCom Yardley office. ApotheCom Associates will achieve $41.2 million in gross revenue in 2002.
